I think they have to go to the seller first if while they still have the guarantee.
I think you should change your service. I’ll give you 2 choice. You may choose one or both.
1) Make a membership promotion that they can call you everyday when they have problem and they have to pay monthly.
2) Make a blog about basic solution and how to see if any hardware crashes then they have to call you if it’s hardware problem.

first step would be to look in the proper place for an answer.. LAND PHONES is obviously not the proper place for an answer..
first i would check to see what program that they were using.. then see if that program has the ability to auto save, and if it shows recently opened files..

im using a free aml registry cleaner. yesterday i scanned my computer and i have 600+ errors. i clicked on fix all. then right after that i scanned it again and found another 300+ errors. is this never ending?

I recommend fixing your registry about once a week. These things can slow down your computer.

Try making a document with all the stuff you do like repairing and installation.

I use Windows Advanced system care that does quick defragmentation. Every time I do a scan in my Registry Fix is one problem. How can I remove it? What IS a Registry Fix? Whats the ignore list for? I want it out of my way easily, Help Im so clueless please dont use high technical vocabulary xD

You really need to be VERY careful about changing anything in your registry…
The registry is like the “brains” of your operating system and all the programs you have installed. They are small programs (called Keys) that tell a program when to start, how to act, and when to stop… If you make the mistake and delete one of those “Keys”, you could end up messing up a program or even part of your Windows…
I would highly advise you to download a FREE program called “Auslogics” and do another defrag with it. It will fix any problems for you if it detects one instead of making you decide… It’s great and it’s completely FREE to use… and really simple to use as well..

P.S. Also download a very good program called “Crap Cleaner”..(ccleaner) and use it to get rid of all your junk files you don’t need and also use the built-in registry cleaner to clean out your registry for all those left-over keys you no longer need… It’s very safe and well respected…

I have an HP pavilion DV6000 notebook, and it has an amd processor, the laptop its self is about 3 months old. but I want an intel core 2 duo processor in it, along with a good video card. So how much would it cost to have them give me an intel motherboard with a new video card, and install it themselves?

Usually notebooks will not support this kind of upgrade. It will probably be cheaper to buy a different notebook that has the features that you want.
